CT DEP Walking Stick

I finally received my CT DEP Forestry walking stick in the mail
today after an almost 6 month wait. I want to thank the DEP for
offering this incentive and look forward to using it as soon as the
weather gets better.

I just got mine too. I finished back in Sept. During that time I sent many e-mails (all with pictures from my digital camera) and never got a reply. I had wrote it off. Not much of a stick, will not replace my Leki, but that is ok. With a little work it will work just fine for those day hikes. Being a state employee I can imagine the problems DEP had and they over came them all and did a great job. thanks DEP
